About the event

This Mindful Well-Being is about finding your journey, whether thats through spirituality or completmentary and holistic therapies.

What we aim to do is facilitate a safe space where you can find a therapist, practitioner or instructor that can help you become a better version of yourself. 

We have speakers, sound bowl healers, breathworker, massage, yoga, pilates, meditation and more.

Allow yourself to be open, open in learning to love yourself more, understanding and letting someone help you do that.
