Service Description

Our Hip and Knee pain class is focused on mobility and strengthening muscles around the joint area to reduce pain. You don't have to be in pain to take this class, you can attend this class if you are an amateur athlete looking to find exercises to support your hobbies. Our class is also catered for those that have had hip or knee replacements and are in need of some help to get their mobility and strength back.
