MINDFULNESS

RELAX, UNWIND, DE-STRESS

WHAT IS MINDFULNESS MEDITATION?

Mindfulness Meditation is about being in the moment, moment by moment, bringing our own awareness into our thoughts, feeling, body sensations and our surrounding environment, as we learn to nurture and bring love and self-compassion towards ourselves.

Group Meditation

A group setting allows you to socialise, interact with people, and connect with like-minded people.

During our meditation, we work with the fusion of the key element from MBSR & MBCT in a clinical approach.

Mindfulness can help all aspects of your life.

BUILDING A CONNECTION

A great way to reconnect with some one you love, learn to remember what you feel in love with, remember why you picked them to become a part of your life.

We will teach you the techniques to grow a bond, connect on a deeper level through spirituality.

1-1 Meditation

1-1 Mindfulness meditation allows you to practice in your own time, talk and discuss what arises for you without any judgment.

Working 1-1 allows you and the practitioner to build the tools you need to overcome anxiety

WHAT CAN MINDFULNESS MEDITATION HELP ME WITH?

Research has shown that Mindfulness-based therapy is an effective tool for reducing stress, anxiety and depression.

Even though it is often part of a spiritual practice, but in recent years mindfulness has become a popular way of managing stress and improving one's overall well-being.

Mindfulness meditation changes our brain and biology in a positive way to improve our mental health and physical health.

Through meditation it allows you to achieve a mental state of positive emotions and calmness, by learning to pay attention and focus on within and what's happening in the present moment.

During your sessions, you will be practicing a fusion of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.
